Unpaid Invoices

Payment Responsibility When NDIS Funding Is Exhausted

If the participant continues to access our dietetic services after their allocated NDIS funding has been fully utilised or exhausted, the participant (or their guardian/nominee) agrees to take full financial responsibility for any services delivered beyond the available funding in their current plan.

  • Services delivered beyond the funding limit will continue to be charged at the current NDIS published rate for dietetic services.

  • The participant/guardian will be invoiced directly for any sessions that are not claimable due to insufficient or exhausted funding.

  • It is the responsibility of the participant/guardian to track the usage of their NDIS plan funding. While we aim to assist with transparency and service forecasting, we may not have full visibility of other services being claimed from the same budget by external providers.
