Private Fees for
Advanced Paediatric Nutrition Consultation
2026 Private Fees:
$235 1 hour Initial (includes extra 15 mins post session for notes and email)
$105 30 mins Follow up
$150 45 min extended follow up
$195 60 min extended follow up
This consultation will suit the following issues and can also be partly covered by a management plan from the Doctor:

Our initial consultation will involve a complete nutritional assessment and development of goals and strategies.

NDIS Fees for Complex Nutrition and Feeding consultation due to disability
NDIS Set Fee (2025-2026)
$236.24 Total for initial
[based on $188.99 (1 hour face to face + $47.25 (15 min non-face to face)]
Follow up consults will be per hourly rate pro-rata plus any non-face to face supports as agreed upon in session.
(as per NDIS set fee)

Our initial consultation will involve a complete nutritional assessment and development of goals and strategies.
Follow up sessions are essential for discussing progress and monitoring changes.
Email support is always provided throughout our therapeutic relationship.

$235 per session
Feeding therapy is complex and involves more than our face to face session.
You will be given advice on what foods to bring and how to prepare them for your child's individualised session. I provide ongoing email and phone call support. A thorough summary email is provided after each session.

Rebates Available
Medicare:
GP Chronic Condition Management Plan GPCCMP (10954) you are eligible for $61.80 rebate per session.
or
Complex Neurodevelopmental Disorders Asssement (82030) you are eligible for $87.25 rebate per session
NDIS: For participants on a NDIS plan, the full fee will be covered. Available for self-managed and plan-managed funding only. See NDIS FAQ page for more details.
Private: If you have extra's under a private health care fund, you may be eligible for a rebate. Check with your provider.
Cancellation Fees
Please make cancellations 24 hours before your appointment otherwise you may be charged a cancellation fee.
Terms:
– If you do not attend your confirmed appointment you will be charged 100% of the consultation fee for the appointment.
– If you cancel your appointment the CALENDAR DAY before or DAY OF your confirmed appointment you will be charged 100% of the consultation fee for the appointment.
We understand that in some circumstances short notice may be unavoidable, and discretion will be exercised in such cases.
